tough enough

tough enough is a format I developed out of nessecity. Ater work usualy in some small town alone in my motel room, I would want to practice. All i had was a small space and no equipment.  

 the format would be 24 minutes long, with a leg, core and upper body component. start with the legs fr 1 min., followe by core for 1 min. the upper body for 1 min.  this is repeated 8 rounds with no rest.  It was all done spur of the moment. I woul;d think of a leg moovement and while I was doing that I would think of the core moovement I would flow into and during that minute would prepare the upper body moovement. That continued for the duration with the idea being not to repeat any moovement twice. If u tri this one u will find it is appropriately named.
