5 minutes personel best for total reps per moovement

4 minutes for max reps per moovement

 this is a challenge/test  practice 

pick a moovement do as many reps as you can in the 4 minute time limit. keep a record of the reps completed

then repeat that for four different moovements 

take a 1 minute break between moovements

at some point in the future try this practice again   see if you have improved over time
