Upper body strength practice

some days we focus or target the upper body which would include core and up the body from there   legs play a minor role in that practice but usually we hit them hard the previous day 

medicine ball explosion - as high as you can then catch & repeat

ring row n kettlebell crunch muscles have to be friendly here

bungee bicep curl lat pull down value added moove

michael on the roman chair - missy straight leg deadlift on the box for a full range of motion

full body & tire extension then shoot the legs thru the hole n lower & press up the tire - repeat moove

bear to crab kick thru great core moove
