active recovery practice
the active recovery days or as we call it “get what you need practice” we normally take 1 or day recovery days a week we are at practice 6 days a week and the recovery days allow us to keep the metabolism active, flush out the toxins and lactic acid in the muscles in the body we will try to keep the intensity in the 60 to 70 percent effort level it is a chance to enjoy the moovement asnd connect with your body
here is us having a little fun pre active practice recovery along with the intense practices in a week allows for living everyday fully funtional in all we do in a day
here is us after a get what you need practice we can take the effort up over 70 percent effort if the body wants it we just dont want to redline the effort or the exaustion of the muscles
we are in the imoove lifestyle for life so we need to stay healthy strong day after week after month after year after decade this is a skill set we can use for life recovery allows for this as the body can rebuild to get ready for the next practice
