add reps or rpm every minute

I use is as a machine practice but could be adapted to any moovement

The foremat is that we start with a heavy resistance in the bike, the rower the mountain climber and the air bike. Start with a number for each machine that is pretty easy to, get to with in the minute  take 30 seconds rest mean while moving on to the next machine [moovement] until u have completed the 4 moovements.  then next round add 2 mooves to the rower and 5 rpm or steps to the next 3 machines, always keeping the effort up. repeat this until the 25 minutes is up.  this is a load by the time u get to the last couple rounds.
