deep tissue - fat burner
for me i get a deep tissue where I recruit the maximum muscle fibres to complete the intented reps for each moovement this type of practice really pushes you to the core of the muscle
1 way is thru a low weight high reps. that is how we will do it here on this page
the other is a slow moovement strength practice where we use heavier resistance and do fewer reps to failure
i find both to be effective
