for me a fat burner practice consists of activating my metabolism one of the ways i do that is by a high rep practice with moderate weights or none at all
i find the high rep continuos movement with minimal rest is best i use a lot of energy and burn the calories then diet comes into play i always figure if i eat with common sense and move good things happen with any excess weight that wants to hang around or more appropriatley not
