This format uses 6 different moovements 8 times each, with a 20 second go followed by 10 second rest.
I go with either doing 1 moovement 8 times before mooving on to next moovement or I set up the 6 stations and moove from station to stationto complete 1 round. I do that 8 times. This is great for cardio as i try to get as many reps in each 20 second go as i can.
on either practice adjust the rounds to suit your needs this is designed for a 25 min practice
